These rare chocolates are truly "Seed to Bar"! From the Hawaiian rainwater, nutrient rich soils, and tropical sunshine to the one of a kind cacao pods. Next, the small-batch fermentation process. Then the stone grinding of the cacao, coconut sugar, and vanilla beans. Next the chocolate is tempered with the "cacao butter silk."  Handcrafted with love and care each bar is wrapped in recyclable packaging.
